SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE ISOLATED IN AVENUE EDITOR ÁNGEL CAFFARENA, MÁLAGA
Detached house project, located in an area of expansion of the city of Malaga.
The slope of the plot and its situation in the corner, conditions the configuration of the house, which is located in the highest area of the plot, respecting the local urbanistic the regulations, and developing in basement, ground floor and first floors. The areas not occupied by the house are used for gardens organized on platforms that adapt to the ground and serve the pool, parking and service yard.
The geometric composition of the interior rooms, with the staircase as an articulating element, seeks to invigorate the exterior volumetry; opting for the contrast between white brick, the black aluminum cladding and the zinc roof as enclosure materials.
