REHABILITATION OF PLURIFAMILIAR BUILDING IN MÁLAGA
Rehabilitation of a residential building included in the Catalog of Protected Buildings of Malaga, located on Echegaray Street, in the vicinity of the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum, in front of the Echegaray Theater.
It is an integral rehabilitation in which the original wooden structure is maintained and reinforced, and the façade, the main patio, and the staircase are conserved as outstanding elements.
Two symmetrical patios are opened on each side of the main one to allow the creation of interior homes.
