Project description
Project of 35 industrial warehouses, located in the municipality of Campillos (Málaga). It is a unitary project that occupies almost all of the EU-7 industrial sector.
The units are diaphanous units on the ground floor, of medium size, and suitable for housing non-heavy industrial activities, as well as commercial activities: craft workshops. They also have a mezzanine dedicated to administrative and office use.
Externally, the white modulated sandwich panel is used, which is set back on the ground floor to focus the symmetrical entrances to each storehouse; on the first floor the horizontal window line serves the administrative area.
